Cancellation Policy

The time we allocate for your appointment is carefully planned and also affects other bookings on that day. We kindly ask you to advise us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule. When cancellations are made later than this, we simply don’t have time to allocate your appointment slot to anyone else, and this has a significant impact on our business. Cancellations fees may apply for missed appointments or late cancelations / rebooking.
