Cancellation policy: The time we allocate for your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask you to advise us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule. When changes are made later than this, we simply don’t have time to allocate your appointment slot to anyone else, and this has a significant impact on our business. Cancellations fees apply for missed appointments and for cancelations / rebooking's within 24hr hours.
